Payment-
All prices are in U.S. dollars. I accept Paypal (add 4%), cashiers check, money order, postal money order and Western Union. If payment is being mailed, it must be sent within 24 hours of our agreement. Asking questions does not hold a helmet. The first “I will take it” followed by prompt payment will own it.

I no longer accept bank wire transfers. We reserve the right to correct listing or pricing errors on items. We reserve the right to refuse orders based on our discretion.

Website Updates-
Our website updates are usually small - with 2 or 3 items added. I maintain an email list for notifications, but I rarely send notifications out. The best way to track all site updates is to follow me on Twitter.
 
Shipping-
Shipping in the U.S. is normally $17.50 per helmet. Insurance on domestic shipments is not provided unless requested. 
Insurance on international shipments is not provided unless requested. If insurance is requested, the amount of insurance
cannot be greater than the amount shown on the U.S. customs form. The buyer bears all risk of loss or damage for any amount
of loss incurred above the declared value. I will ship to any country that shipping is available. Be advised that if you are in a
banned country, the risk for customs seizure is the buyers. There have been long delays shipping to countries outside of the U.S. We regret this but there is nothing we can do about it. There is no information available to us or our local Post Office on shipping delays other than what is shown on the USPS website.

Lay-A-Way
I will consider Lay-A-Way on most helmets. I require at least 30% down and the balance to be paid in a reasonable time. Contact me if you are interested in Lay-A-Way.

Returns-
I make every attempt to accurately describe each item. In addition, photos are intended to show the items in detail. I post more photos than any other seller I have seen on the internet. So please look at the pictures carefully - the pictures are considered part of the item description. Items may be returned within seven (7) days of receipt. If an item is mis-represented, I will cover all shipping expenses. If the item is returned for any other reason, you will be responsible for shipping both ways. Items must be returned via traceable means in the same condition as received. If you have any concerns about an item, please contact me immediately. Return privileges are limited on consignment articles.

Reproductions-
If an item is a reproduction or has a reproduction finish, it will be clearly stated in the description.
